Guests can make a reservation and process the payment directly on Les Rives website by using credit card ( Visa, MasterCard) or PayPal. Alternatively, guests can come to our office located on 4th Floor, Kim Xuan Gia Building, 43-45 Ho Tung Mau, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, during the office hour to make a reservation.

Travel insurance is covered in the tour price. However, in order to buy it, we need to have your passport details. In case you’ve already had travel insurance and do not need another one, you can skip this part.

You can book the tour first and provide your passport details later, please kindly send us an email to [email protected] as soon as you have your passport number.

All transactions on our website are processed by Trekksoft. Trekksoft is PCI DSS compliant, which is awarded by Visa, MasterCard and TDC by American Express. In addition our website is integrated with Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”). SSL encrypts your personal information such as your password, address and telephone number, and your credit card is available only to you and the credit card companies. We do not save any of your credit card information in our database They are directly sent to the payment gateway for the transaction.

You can come to our office during the working hour to book and make the payment. Please note our office only open during weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

It takes you approximately 1h15 to get to Cu Chi Tunnels by speedboat. Along the way, the boat will stop at some locations for our tour guide to give some insight about people life on Saigon River.

All of Les Rives’s Cu Chi Tunnels tours will take you to Ben Dinh, except for the Cu Chi Tunnels by Boat and Bicycle which will take you to Ben Duoc. However, upon requested for the private tour, we could take you to Ben Duoc.

The total distance that you will walk in Cu Chi Tunnels is about 600-700m. There also some stops along the way for you to rest.

Guests will pay per bullet, it’s about 50000 VND per bullet ( approximately 2 USD) You will have around 15-20 min at the shooting range in Cu Chi Tunnels. Please note that the tour price does not include the shooting range fee.

We’re able to provide pickup from some specific locations in other districts. Kindly contact us if your pickup location is not in district 1,2 and 3.

Yes we are able to do that. If you wish to have vegetarian food or some specific deitary requirements, do let us know in the booking form. For the Halal food, we will charge an extra $10 for 1 person.

We price all of our tours according to the value we provide. Most tour companies have hidden fees and don’t provide high quality services. When traveling with Les Rives , you won’t be reaching for your wallet as everything will be covered in the tour price ( except for bullet fee in Cu Chi Tunnels). Each tour also helps out the local families we work with, who we also help out with sustainable business practices.

The maximum capacity of our speedboat is 20 people per boat. However, as we want to ensure you will have the most comfortable and safe experience, we only transport 14-15 people per boat. You can take a look at our boat here.
